Discover global innovations: Guide to 7th CIIE in Shanghai

Join us in Shanghai for the 7th China International Import Expo, or CIIE, welcoming global guests from Nov 5 to 10.

Expo highlights

Pudong district:

- Pudong showcases returning exhibitors with expanded booth spaces and new product launches.

- Multinational conglomerate Honeywell, with all its business groups established in China, will sign cooperation agreements with over 20 partners, focusing on energy transition, advanced manufacturing, smart buildings, and life sciences.

Jing'an district:

- The number of participating companies has grown from 16 in the first expo to 52 this year.

- Exhibitors represent five major areas: food and agricultural products, technology equipment, consumer goods, medical devices, and service trade.

- Notable newcomer Zhangyuan, a historical and cultural block on West Nanjing Road, will present the spirit of Shanghai through its exhibition booth — "Jing'an Reception Room".

Xuhui district:

- Featuring 30 foreign enterprises across six exhibition areas.

- Over half of the exhibitors are multinational regional headquarters.

- Lululemon, the Canadian athletic apparel company with its China headquarters in Xuhui, will debut at the expo by hosting a special yoga event.

Changning district:

- 49 companies will participate in six exhibition areas, including consumer goods and medical devices.

- Both familiar faces and new participants will present unique exhibits.

Putuo district:

- 26 overseas exhibitors will showcase their products across six areas, demonstrating high-quality development in Putuo.

Hongkou district:

- 15 exhibitors will cover five major areas across nine pavilions.

- Focus on quality products in food, daily chemical products, technology equipment, and service trade.

Sustainability focus

Some companies will introduce new sustainable products:

- Siemens will present energy-saving solutions through interactive displays.

- Nippon Paint will showcase innovations in automotive carbon reduction and marine environmental protection.

- IKEA will launch its nationwide furniture buy-back and resale service.

Special events

Visit the local retail giant Bailian Group's booth, themed "Flipping Spaces: Building Infinite Connections between Art and Business", featuring discussions and exclusive product launches that explore the fusion of art and commerce.

Culinary delights

The Bright Food Group presents a culinary journey themed "World Cuisine, Urban Kitchen", featuring over 400 products from 60 overseas companies, including meat, seafood, dairy, and snacks.
