Financial audit report and notes of the previous year;

(8) Encourage Shanghai enterprises (units) of trade in services to promote overseas market by setting up overseas agencies, overseas investment, and project cooperation

Setting up overseas agencies:

Application Form of Shanghai on Financial Support for the Enterprises (units) of Trade in Services to Establish Overseas Agencies;

Copy of approval certificate and business license of the enterprises (units) to establish overseas offices or affiliated agencies issued by commerce authorities (stamped with official seal);

Business summary of the overseas offices or affiliated agencies of the enterprises (units) in previous year;

Copy of original materials such as statement of payment details of actual cost, relevant payment vouchers and invoices (stamped with official seal);

Other required materials.

Overseas investment and project cooperation:

Application Form of Shanghai on Financial Support for the Enterprises (units) of Trade in Services to Invest and Cooperate on Projects Overseas;

Copy of report of the progress of the overseas investment, project cooperation and valid contract on overseas investment and registration materials, a copy of the valid contract or agreement on cooperation projects;

Copy of original materials such as statement of payment details of actual cost, relevant payment vouchers and invoices (stamped with official seal);
