(9) Advance construction of public service platform for trade in services
The enterprises (units) of trade in services apply for support for the building of public services platforms will be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Issuing the Revised Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Usage and Management of Funds for Guiding Service Industry Development.
(10) Encourage training institutions to engage in talents training for trade in services
Support the relevant training institutions to carry services trade talents training through government purchase, mainly including:
Series of courses on practices in the trade in services industry;
Series of courses on international marketing development of trade in services;
Series of courses on business models innovation of trade in services.
The service outsourcing training institutions in Shanghai that have been granted national service outsourcing talents training financial support will be provided with supporting support in addition to the national fund, and there is no need to resubmit materials.
(11) Encourage service outsourcing enterprises (units) to organize talents training
The enterprises (units) or training institutions that have been granted with national service outsourcing special funds do not need to submit materials again when applying for the service outsourcing talents training support in this special fund.
The support for the enterprises (units) that conform to the catalogue's priority service outsourcing fostering standards and potential areas fostering standards shall be subject to record data from the service outsourcing business management and statistical system. There is no need to resubmit paper materials.
(12) Encourage the establishment of service outsourcing training bases and practice bases
Application Form of Shanghai on Financial Support for Internship of Service Outsourcing Talents;
Copy of intern cooperation agreement signed with colleges and universities in Shanghai with agreed period of more than two years;
Copy of intern's ID card, student card or tripartite employment agreement or school credential and study appraisal (including internship period and content);
Other required materials.
3. No additional subsidy shall be given to any of the above projects that have received financial support through other means.
A paper copy of all the application materials shall be provided. (All the application materials shall be printed on A4 papers and be bound in a volume on a left glue-binding way according to the materials requirements of the application project.)
Ⅳ. Application procedures
The qualified enterprises (units) shall submit the materials to the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce before the deadline of May 24, 2019 (Find Appendix 4 for details).
