The declaration of 2019 special funds for Shanghai's foreign economic and trade development will begin. Related items and declaration procedures are as follows:

Ⅰ. Eligible applicants and application deadline

1. Applicants: 

Shanghai-based enterprises or organizations engaged in investment abroad and foreign cooperation businesses

2. Deadline for material submission: 2019.5.10

Ⅱ. Application methods

The declaration requires both online application and submission of paper materials.

1. Online application:

Applicants can use the czzj.scofcom.gov.cn (czzj.sww.sh.gov.cn after April 15) to fill in online forms and print the required paper materials. The application for service system construction projects and provincial-level overseas enterprise platforms cannot be conducted online.
