(1) Registration: Click on the "Enterprise Registration" at the bottom left of the screen and register based on the instructions. The declaration will not start until the enterprise registration has been submitted to and approved by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce. Please remember your account name (organizing institution bar code) and password for the following declarations.

(2) Log in: Enter your account name (organizing institution bar code), password, and verification code.

(3) Application: Search for and select "Foreign Economy" in the policy list and click "apply" to fill in the online forms.

(4) Submission: Click "Submit" when you have filled out the forms and printed the required materials. You may click "Save" and continue your application by repeating the steps in Application.

(5) Help: Get online assistance for the declaration.

2. Handling of paper materials and hot lines for consulting

All paper materials must have at least one copy using A4 paper on both sides, and must include all required signatures and seals. The cover shall be made of normal paper material and shall not be bound with angular tools like rubber gaskets or folders. Application materials which fail to be submitted to the following addresses before May 10, 2019 will not be considered.
