A "front-runner" campaign to improve the quality and capacity of China's home domestic service industry was successfully held in Shanghai on Nov 27.

The activity announced a list of 32 key cities and districts in terms of the domestic service industry to improve the quality and capacity of the "front-runners".

The event gathered 200 participants from 32 key cities, including people in charge of home domestic service enterprises in Shanghai.

Key cities in the development of domestic enterprises will encourage staff members to advance home domestic services into the community, improve service quality and innovation service variety, and speed up the introduction of legislative rules.

First, a serious of policies will be implemented. A raft of key enterprises will be systemically organized, the opinions of market players will be considered and the study of the implementation of policies will be conducted. 

Second, all localities should learn from the useful experience and practices of Shanghai and other advanced places regarding home domestic services, paying close attention to typical enterprises and communities, and step up publicity and promotion.

The attendees paid visits to demonstration pilot communities where they experienced excellent examples of "Internet Plus" home domestic services.
