Qingpu assists office-building enterprises to resume work
The commission of commerce of Qingpu district in Shanghai has formulated office operation standards for enterprises in office buildings in the district and set up a three-level prevention and control mechanism during the coronavirus epidemic for building operators, establishing a management mode and promoting 17 preferential policies.
A leading group was quickly set up to deal with the epidemic, with the team members made up of the heads of offices, security and other departments from enterprises involved in building office blocks. The leading group organized and led the epidemic prevention and control work.
In a hi-tech park in Qingpu, a temperature measuring point was set up at the entrance to the park, and each person entering must wear a mask and have their temperature measured. If there is any abnormality, it shall be reported according to the abnormal emergency procedures. Additionally, food deliveries and express deliveries are not allowed to enter the park.
Powerlong Plaza in Qingpu set up a leading group for epidemic prevention and control with the project managers as team leaders. The team members are in charge of different divisions of the prevention and control work and closely coordinate their operations.
The management department of the plaza publicized details about epidemic control and put up epidemic prevention posters. It also cooperated with the neighborhood committee to pass on the latest situation of the epidemic and was responsible for registration and inspection gate posts. Powerlong Plaza completed implementation of other prevention and control emergency measures along with the neighborhood committee and Qingpu government departments.
