Among them, the recovery rate of enterprises above the designated scale – that is annual main business income over 20 million yuan ($2.82 million) – in Minhang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, Zhangjiang Science City, Jinqiao Development Zone, Caohejing Hi-tech Park, Shibei High-tech Park reached 100 percent.

The local government announced 28 measures to support enterprises that are battling the virus on Feb 8. This included rent relief for small and medium-sized enterprises leasing office spaces in State-owned industrial parks and office buildings.
