Lin-gang Special Area Administration for Market Regulation unveiled
The China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-gang Special Area Administration for Market Regulation was unveiled in the Lin-gang Special Area Administrative Service Center on March 26.
The registration of relevant market entities (excluding individual industrial and commercial households and farmers' specialized cooperatives) in the pioneering promoter area of Lin-gang Special Area and the original Lin-gang area, which used to be undertaken by the administrations for market regulation of Pudong New Area and Fengxian district, will now be undertaken by the Lin-gang Special Area Administration for Market Regulation.
The Lin-gang Special Area Administration for Market Regulation is mainly responsible for coordinating and promoting the reform of the business registration and confirmation system in Lin-gang Special Area, registering various types of enterprises and permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises and other market entities and issuing business licenses to market entities. It will also be responsible for administrative licensing and regulatory enforcement within the Yangshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
