Shanghai recreates authentic local life in spring
Additionally, the autumn/winter 2020 Shanghai Fashion Week (SHFW) was originally scheduled as an offline show but had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Therefore, the organizers decided to launch the first global "online fashion week", with the seven-day show starting March 24. The "cloud fashion show" ushered in a new era for the fashion industry.
Shanghai-based ICICLE, one of the participants in the event, offered buyers online orders for new products while they watched the live-stream show. After watching it, many customers visited the brick-and-motor stores, with some products being sold at a 10 percent discount.
