The 25th edition of Bakery China will be held on May 22-25 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai city in East China.

As one of the world's biggest exhibitions of baked goods and sugar products, Bakery China has long enjoyed a global reputation.

First founded in 1997, Bakery China is a global event serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market.

Annually held in Shanghai, the event enables leading global professionals, buyers and delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thinking in manufacturing, distribution, research and development, applications and other services in the bakery industry.

This year's exhibition, on a total exhibition area of 26 hectares, will have three main sections showing more than 20 categories of themed products. It is expected to attract more than 2,200 brand manufacturers and over 300,000 visitors from all over the world.

In addition to this, online platforms for business matchmaking, talent hunting and market trends will be launched at the exhibition.
