Zhou Lan is deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce.

She is responsible for e-commerce, trade in services and technology trade, overall coordination and promotion of the China International Import Expo, as well as organization of and preparation for the China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair.
