The China International Furniture Fair has been held continuously for 50 editions since its founding in 1998. It takes place annually in March in Pazhou – a sub district of the Haizhu district of Guangzhou city, in South China's Guangdong province – and in September at Hongqiao, Shanghai.

The expo encompasses the entire home furnishing industry supply chain – including household furniture, outdoor furnishings, office and commercial furniture and more. Over the spring and autumn editions, it brings together around 5,500 top domestic and international brand enterprises and receives more than 500,000 visitors.
