Launched on Sept 1, the refreshed Tesla Model 3 stands out with its upgraded interior design and cabin features, a testament to the innovation driven by Tesla's Shanghai Research and Development and Innovation Center.

To top it off, the electric vehicle giant's strategic hub – the Tesla Gigafactory situated in the Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone – underwent a major upgrade earlier this year, with an increased annual production capacity of 950,000 vehicles by the end of the third quarter.

Furthermore, the Yangshan Exit-Entry Inspection and Quarantine Administration has implemented customized clearance measures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of foreign trade cargo ships at the port. That's made Tesla one of the many beneficiaries of the measures.

For instance, Tesla's efficient utilization of the import automobile bonded storage function in the Yangshan Free Trade Zone has allowed for streamlined on-site production and export operations.

The company has already shipped the new Tesla Model 3 to various regions – including the Asia-Pacific region, Australia, Europe and North America – with firm expectations of sustained growth in export deliveries.
