Schiaparelli debuts 'Through the Keyhole' pop-up in Shanghai
French fashion house Schiaparelli has opened its first-ever pop-up store in China, called "Through the Keyhole" – running to Nov 6 at Plaza 66 in Shanghai.
The limited-time space – inspired by Maison Schiaparelli's Parisian heritage – combines traditional elegance with modern design, offering an immersive shopping experience that introduces the brand's iconic style to an Asian audience.

Set within Plaza 66's atrium, the pop-up store shows Schiaparelli's ready-to-wear collection – featuring denim pieces, coats, dresses and knitwear, all in the brand's signature black-and-white palette.
Each garment reflects the brand's storied history and distinctive style, with displays highlighting the brand's classic design motifs – the padlock, the measuring tape and anatomy.

Inspired by Schiaparelli's original Paris salon, the space offers a journey through time, evoking founder Elsa Schiaparelli's surrealist touch.
The pop-up's decor includes details like white plaster wall moldings and elegant furniture that echo the salon's design by architect Jean-Michel Frank.
The new spring-summer 2025 ready-to-wear collection also makes its debut there – blending vivid colors, animal prints and soft, flowing fabrics with minimalist tailoring.
By introducing this one-of-a-kind pop-up, Schiaparelli is said to be aiming to deepen its global reach and connect with Shanghai's fashion-forward clientele, bringing a touch of its surreal legacy to China.
