Shanghai's Putuo district came alive with a burst of energy as it launched a series of engaging leisure activities at the iconic M50 Creative Park on Aug 22.
These events, spanning dining, leisure, tourism, sports, and exhibitions, were geared towards infusing a fresh vibrancy into the district, offering residents and tourists alike unparalleled culinary and cultural experiences.
Nestled along the waterfront of Shanghai's Suzhou Creek, the M50 Creative Park, part of what is affectionately known as the Half Marathon Suzhou Creek section for its historical significance as the city's annual half marathon route, boasts a collection of meticulously preserved industrial structures dating from the 1930s through the 1990s.

Functioning as a dynamic hub of contemporary art and culture, the M50 Creative Park serves as a bridge between Putuo's storied past and its promising future, embodying a fusion of heritage and innovation.

Spearheaded by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Putuo district commission of commerce, this initiative was part of the ongoing Government Open Month events.
